There is something really magical to finding a path along the journey that feels deeply resonant on the inside and out. Do you know what I mean?
I had been staring at the website I created back in 2015 for my Business Coaching business for about year now feeling like it no longer matched who I am today or how I approach my work after having worked with 100's of folks in their businesses, owned and started a farm, and shifted my lifestyle drastically.
That happens, though. We grow personally, gain experience, discover new insights and the quality of our work deepens. One day, you look up and the ways you've been branding and talking about your business no longer represent who you are and how you go about what you do.
So, I knew it was time to make a change.
I found a FABULOUS photographer (Thank you, Andrea Wenglowskyj!!) and got lots of support from mentors, clients, friends, coaches and masterminds.
These two things gave me a very special gift: an outside perspective -- a mirror.
I think that no matter how much you know yourself (which is usually really really REALLY well!), we each have our blindspots which render us unable to see our own gifts, strengths, challenges and patterns. Between a photographer's eye and my support team's feedback, I have a clearer understanding of how I coach, how I see the world, what I have to say, and the ways I show up for others.
In addition, the past year and a half (and forever forward), I've been on a deep dive into understanding myself from the perspective of how I'm naturally designed to be. This is not an academic self-study, but a profound journey of awareness and choice. It is a journey that has brought about a gentleness and kindness towards myself while also giving me fierce clarity of who I am and how I choose to walk the world.
That brings me back to resonance. Any time I've had an experience of increased clarity, it becomes so easy to see what is and is not aligned. In this case.... my former website of only 4 years ago was no longer a resonant match for me.
With that in mind...

I feel so peacefully joyful at this new outer expression of the inner experience.
